Who these Terms apply to
These Terms apply to anyone browsing or using our website and anyone purchasing products through our online store.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Your account and use of the website
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that we reasonably suspect are being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms.
Products, information, and availability
We aim to describe our products accurately. However, product images are for illustration and packaging may vary. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change and may occasionally contain errors.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information on the website at any time, including after an order has been placed (see “Changes to these Terms and store updates”).
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website at the time you place your order. Any delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed before checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted your order.
How orders are formed
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.
An order becomes binding only when we accept it. If we cannot accept your order (for example because an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error), we will contact you and, where applicable, arrange a refund.
Delivery and collection
Shipping areas
We provide shipping to all UK postcodes.
Delivery times
We aim to deliver orders within 1 to 4 working days, but delivery times may vary depending on location and factors beyond our control.
Click and collect
Customers may choose to collect orders from our store. Collection must be arranged in advance and customers are required to call the store before arriving to ensure the order is ready for pickup.
Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example courier disruption, severe weather, or other operational issues). Where this happens, we will aim to keep you informed and resolve the issue as quickly as reasonably possible.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible and the returns process will apply where eligible.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns, refunds, and damaged or incorrect items
Refund processing times
Where a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 working days from the date of approval.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Statutory consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. These rights are not affected by our store policies or by anything in these Terms.
Some products may be subject to additional legal exclusions for returns (for example certain perishable goods or sealed hygiene items once opened). Where exclusions apply, we will rely only on exclusions permitted by law.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution of our content without explicit written permission is not allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Changes to these Terms and store updates
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the store, including product availability, at any time without prior notice.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
