This policy explains how shipping, delivery, and click-and-collect work for orders placed with AllisGoodea (Eunice All Is Good). Please read this alongside our Terms and Conditions.

Where we ship

We offer shipping to all UK postcodes.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver orders within 1 to 4 working days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and circumstances outside our control (for example courier disruption or severe weather).

Delivery charges

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is successfully received. If there is a delay with your order (for example an item is out of stock), we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Receiving your delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery where required. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect address details or inability to access the delivery location.

Issues with delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you believe it is lost or delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier or delivery partner where applicable.

Click and Collect (Collection from store)

We offer click-and-collect from our store location:

Important: Collection must be arranged in advance. Customers are required to call the store before arriving to ensure the order is ready for pickup.

Collection timeframe

We will confirm when your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive for collection until you have received confirmation or spoken to the store.

Changing delivery or collection details

If you need to change your delivery address or collection arrangements after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Delays outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where possible, we will keep you updated and support you to resolve the issue.
